We're on the corner of Glenoaks, in a building that's been a coffee shop in some form or another for longer than most of our regulars have been alive. Nova bought the lease in 2019, redid the counter, kept the chairs, and decided that twelve hours a day, seven days a week was the right answer to the question 'when are you open?'
We grind to order. We brew filter coffee on a Marco SP9 because consistency matters more than novelty. The Armenian-style coffee is on the menu because the neighborhood asked for it, not because someone read a trend report.
The food is short and honest — a few breakfast plates, a few sandwiches, baklava and basturma on the days we have them. We don't run specials we can't repeat.
